Boston University drops f-bomb to encourage safe behavior on campus during pandemic – As Boston University prepares to welcome students back to campus, officials are also looking for ways to encourage safe behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic. The latest attempt comes with an expletive and a trademark application.

Records show that university officials filed a trademark for the phrase “F*CK IT WON’T CUT IT” on Aug. 6. The application states that the phrase would be used for “Promoting public awareness of safe and smart actions and behaviors for college and university students in a COVID-19 environment.”
