mirror.co.uk – By Tom Kershaw – A family guesthouse owner has been given 21 days to change the name of his sleepy seaside hotel after calling it The VIAGRA Hotel – or be slapped with an ASBO . Neil Marshall claims he could face an anti-social behaviour order by the local authority after giving his premise the cheeky title. Enforcement action was brought by Blackpool Council after Neil changed the name of his expanding hotel in Blackpool, Lancs., from the Vidella Hotel in February. But hotelier Mr Marshall has joked he might even change the name to ‘The Niagra Hotel: Keeping You Wet All Night’.
Neil said: “They are looking at any way they can to get to me – but I want a fight.”
