Rudy Giuliani and wife Judith Nathan ripped by judge for making divorce trial ‘unpleasant’

A Manhattan divorce judge said Wednesday that former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and his estranged wife Judith Nathan are headed toward a bitter matrimonial trial. Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Michael Katz ripped the parties for failing to make “any progress in (the) direction” of a settlement in the year-old case.

“I think we’re going to be moving this case along to a lengthy and unpleasant trial but so be it,” Katz said. “We’ll do what we need to do to resolve this case.” The proceeding has gotten so petty that Giuliani has accused Nathan of failing to disclose to him a bank account with just $100 in it.
