Writer and sex counsellor Ian Kerner said ‘technosexual’ bots would enable couples to have threesomes and allow sex-hungry partners to act out fantasies without the other getting jealous. While some experts believe we’re decades away from a true Westworld scenario – like the film and TV show where robots indistinguishable from humans are used as android prostitutes – sex bot technology is nevertheless developing fast.
